iPhones/iPads
All university devices need to be managed by OIT. These devices operate under the "default IOS prestage" protocol, which allows for the use of the app store and iCloud in a limited capacity. Researchers are strongly discouraged from putting any research data on iCloud.
Some iPhones/iPads used by the MCTFR are managed by the Health Science Technology (HST) Group.
MCTFR utilizes iPhones for participant communication and recruitment purposes. Please contact the Department IT Manager with any questions.
Landlines
In 2023-2024, the MCTFR transitioned to physical desk phones using Voice Over IP (VOIP) technology for all Elliott Hall phone lines. Details on their management will be forthcoming. For any immediate queries, please contact the Department IT Manager.
