In our center, we have a variety of roles, each with its own specific duties, and the table below gives you a rough idea of what each role involves. Keep in mind that some folks might wear more than one hat.

- Responsible for overall project management.

Consensus Staff | - Review accuracy and reliability of interviews, particularly for MCTFR studies.
- More of an Interviewing subcommittee.

Data Management (DM) | - Responsible for coding data.
- Create data forms.
- Ensure data security.
- Coordinate staff access to MCTFR databases.

Interviewers | - Responsible for interviewing research participants.
- Conduct neurocognitive tests.
- Process interview and neurocognitive data.
- Recruit and assist with recruiting efforts.

Principal Investigators (PIs) | - Responsible for one or more studies within the MCTFR.
- Write, update, and manage grants.
- Directly supervise Leads/Coordinators.
- Indirectly supervise and support other assessment staff.
- Assist with administration in addition to their other university work.

Psychophysiology/NeuroHealth Technicians (NHT) | - Conduct lab activities and measurements.
- Perform MRIs.
- Conduct neurocognitive tests.
- Process and upload lab, MRI, and neurocognitive data.
- Ship and deliver biospecimens to outside labs.

Recruiters | - Recruit and schedule participants for studies.
- Assist with participant enrollment.
- Manage and update participant information.
- Create recruitment and visit completion reports for PIs.
